Why are they launching a race war?

Al Sharpton: Civil disobedience will escalate if Zimmerman remains free

If George Zimmerman is not arrested in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin soon, the Rev. Al Sharpton will call for an escalation in peaceful civil disobedience and economic sanctions.

Sharpton would not say the efforts would be taken against the city of Sanford specifically, but he has been critical of the police department’s handling of the case.

Tengu Says:

Everyone needs to chill, and start thinking!

The Trayvon Martin story is starting to stink worse than a cesspit. And, the more it stinks, the more it is becoming obvious that it is and was manufactured from the start to exacerbate racial tensions. The big question are why and why now.

Let’s go through it again quickly.

A run-of-the-mill shooting incident that took place more than a month ago suddenly and without warning bursts on to the national stage from coast-to-coast, Occupy goes on a semi-rampage and all the professional race agitators (including the President) immediately jump in to whip up the flames…

Then what happens? Well, let’s see. Word comes out that Zimmerman is Hispanic (and Hispanic looking) but he magically is transformed into “White-Hispanic” which is a term I doubt many people have ever heard; Martin gets outed as a thug and at least a wanna-be-gangbanger, his misogynistic and provocative tweets spread all over the media.– and instead of quieting the furor, causes the Left to double down and even turn up the heat.

Now Sharpton, who one would think would be eager to abandon his previous affection for rabble-rousing now that he is a highly paid media type with a respectable following, has threatened to escalate with “peaceful civil disobedience and economic sanctions”.

Riiiiiiight!!!!

Why?

Why in the springtime of a year with a terrible economy and an unemployment situation that has drastically worsened for all Americans, but most seriously for minorities? Why with a long hot summer ahead and a national election on the horizon?

Why? And why now?

Look for clues people! This is not spontaneous! This is an orchestrated operation proceeding on a schedule, launched by persons unknown to deliberately stoke racial tensions and possibly even racial violence between black and white Americans.

Why?

Whatever the plan is, and whoever is running it, the worst thing we can do is let them bulldoze us on their schedule – and by us I mean everybody of all races who is not interested in becoming cannon fodder in an artificially stimulated race war!

Wake up, people. Talk to your friends of other races. Let’s all reaffirm our ties of dignity and our commitment to civil behavior. Everyone, let’s stop and remember that we do not have to follow those banners. We don’t have to take the bait they are leaving.

We are not stupid bulls you can just wave a flag in front of and expect to charge.

Something is going on. Let’s figure out what it is and find a way to respond intelligently and calmly.

Chill!!!

  1. Aw hell! You’re throwing cold water on a good lynching; what’s the matter with you? And of course, you’re correct…

I’ve no clue what’s cooking but can recall the vague disappointment last summer when Occupy fizzled peacefully instead of erupting like lava into violence…as one who saw the edges of the Watts riots in LA, I could surmise that someone’s throwing a little racial gasoline onto the summer fire in hope of making it hotter than last year, so Obama can call out the troops and get things well polarized before the election. With that, he can forbid Tea Party and such demonstrating or even gathering, perhaps…

But those things will never happen here, right?

  2. There has already been a couple of incidents directly relating to the Martin story. It’s clear that if they keep striking sparks, eventually something is going to catch fire. What I fear they are actually hoping for is a degree of action and retaliation that becomes self-sustaining, and gives them the opportunities you mentioned.

Getting Occupy involved was probably part of that. And at the risk of slightly derailing my own thread, let’s take a look at those people too.

The whole “Occupy” thing is starting to smell like a classic case of transforming a mob into a de-facto leftist militia. I mean, Germans (being Germans) did it all “in ordnung” with uniforms and marching songs, but this is America so the left has to do it with hoodies, nose pierces, spiked hairdos and lattes.

Regardless, the result is the same; a roving mob of rent-a-mob rowdies that can be directed with appropriate cues from headquarters. Call them the low end enforcer squads of the militant Left and you’re getting closer to the mark.

At the root, Occupy is a mish-mash mix up of militant leftists from any number of fringe groups, mostly single issue, that have been convinced to band together PARTY — and provide some street muscle coming up to the election. You can bet we will be seeing more of them in the future. A lot more.

They’re still shaking out their coordination because there have been a lot of problems, and I’m not just talking about the drugs and the murders – although that’s part of it.

The larger and more serious problem from the standpoint of the “Occupy” organizers is the fragile nature of the movement itself. It’s thin-skinned and prone to rupture because the serious committed troops, the cadre, are the smallest component. Oh, they’re rowdies as well – that’s why they are there — but the leaders with more than two brain cells to rub together, who are also committed leftists, have to be working like demons to keep things from falling to pieces.

That’s because they are trying to keep alive a level of commitment from a collection of diverse groups of people who really don’t have a lot of interest in things that aren’t “fun”. That means they have to keep things whipped up. One way to do that is if things start flagging – find an issue to be outraged at, or be pointed at one.

Such as the Trayvon Martin story.

Thus, we really need to start figuring out who the Occupy cadre are and see if we can get a handle on how they are being coordinated. There is no doubt in my formerly military mind that there is cadre.

Any herd like that is going to have to have cowboys – and of course paymasters. They have to. Without the goodies (sex, drugs, etc.) that come with that kind of protesting, too many people would wander off.

  3. I suspect what this is is an attempt to whip up enough of a frenzy to get riots started for an excuse to declare martial law. It’s rather pavlovian at this point. Say the word “race” and those trained to react do.

I do think, though, that race is being overplayed and ignored when it truly is an issue, and that a lot of people really aren’t interested in rioting. Not on final four weekend, anyway.

Interesting and, I think, accurate. Read the comment stream at the source link too. It’s slightly off topic but relevant

  5. ALL the liberals need to go back and read what Norman Matoon Thomas said about the liberal party..

  6. http://84rules.wordpress.com/2009/05/04/the-prediction-of-norman-mattoon-thomas-is-coming-true/

Today, even the most socialist Dems will still deny that their policies and the policies of Barack Obama are socialist.

Thomas was right. We Americans will never “knowingly” adopt socialism.

  7. Sad to say it, but it looks like things are really starting to heat up. At least it does from here.
